Welcome to Kelley Chapel United Methodist Church!
Thank you for choosing to visit with us! We want to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Here's what you can expect when you come to service at Kelley Chapel.
Kelley Chapel UMC is located at the corner of Kelley Chapel Road and Flat Shoals Pkwy in Decatur, DeKalb County, Georgia. Our campus occupies land on the east and west sides of Kelley Chapel Road. Our original church site, located at 3411 Kelley Chapel Road, now houses our Cobb Center / Senior Center. Our administrative offices are located at 3399 Kelley Chapel Road.
Our Family Life Center and Church are physically located across the street at 3412 Kelley Chapel Road, Decatur GA, 30034. Our Sunday Worship Service begins at 10:30am.
Parking is located on both sides of the church. If you have mobility restrictions or young children to carry, feel free to use one of the spots closest to the door. We like to keep them free for visitors and people who need assistance. There is a ramp on the left front of the church (on the Kelley Chapel Road side).
Please don't worry about what you'll wear to church, for we truly believe people should come to God as they are. You don't need to dress up. Once you walk in the doors, you'll see that the congregation has all types of people in all kinds of dress.
When you walk in, someone will be waiting to greet you! Please introduce yourself. One of our greeters will show you where everything is. If you have any questions about the service itself, the greeters are able to provide helpful answers.
Be sure to hang around after the service to fellowship. You'll have a chance to meet our pastor and many other members of our community of faith. We'd also love to get to know you so that you're a familiar face the next time you come!
